Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You need to receive the products first before requesting a refund once dispatching. It is your obligation to ensure the correct information of receiving the products.

We can refund you before the products are fulfilled and shipped.

We won't refund if you provide the wrong shipping information, such as contact number or shipping addresses. Also, it will be your responsibility to contact the carriers if they need your signatures or authority to deliver your orders. We also won't refund if you cannot receive the orders for your personal reasons, such as not contacting the carriers and causing the failure of delivery. We may partly refund if some scenarios are out of our control, such as lost orders by the carriers.

We also won't refund if there is no quality or damage issues.
